Learning to actively observe yourself, you become Awake, Aware and Alive!

There are several states of consciousness including waking consciousness which is mainly occupied with the external world. In this state you are responding to your sensory input and find yourself jumping from one thought to another. The waking state is associated with stress, fear and the ego.

Transcend your normal state of consciousness and experience your true nature and essence. Higher consciousness leads to expanded opportunity and adventure.  This naturally happens as you give up the many perceptions and illusions that hold you back.

 

Without thought what remains is a knowing, awareness and appreciation.

It's been said that Meditation is as fundamental a human activity as taking naps is to wolves, or soaring in circles is to hawks and eagles. Like basic goodness, it is an innate and completely natural part of ourselves, but one we've lost touch with. 

Meditation is found the moment we don't define what we are doing but are present for it. Just being in the moment or stopping to be grateful is a meditation.

Start with five or ten minutes and work up to twenty. The results will be a profound effect on your well-being and a path to improve and maintain health.

After a short time you'll be able to naturally align at any given moment to achieve peace, harmony and bliss irrespective of what is going on that would undermine inner calm and cool.
